How do I log in?

To log in on the website, you will need to enter the username and password you created as part of registration. You will then be sent a security one-time passcode that you need to enter. If you are using the mobile app and have a mobile phone with biometric capability, you will be able to login using your fingerprint or face ID removing the need to enter the one-time passcode.

If you have forgotten your username or password, you can request a reminder or reset. You will need to have your card on you to do this as you will be asked to enter your card ID and last 4 digits of the long card number.
