I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

No problem! You can reset your password anytime.

On the website:

Click Forgot Password?

  • Card ID: Enter the 9-digit Card ID in the Card ID field.
  • Last 4 digits: Enter the last 4 digits of your 16-digit card number in the Last 4 digits of the long card number field.

Click Get Password 

We’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder—sometimes emails end up there!

On the app:
