No problem! You can request a username reminder anytime.

On the website:

Click Forgot Username?

• Card ID: Enter the 9-digit Card ID in the Card ID field.
• Last 4 digits: Enter the last 4 digits of your 16-digit card number in the Last 4 digits of the long card number field.

Click Get Username

We’ll send you an email with your username. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder—sometimes emails end up there!

On the app:
