Will my card be renewed?

Your card (unless it is a partner card, you are a dormant user or you have not paid a due annual fee where applicable) will be automatically renewed on it's expiry. This means you will receive a new card in the post one month before your existing card expires, unless your or your employer inform us that you no longer wish to be part of the card programme. 

You can use your new card as soon as it arrives, but remember you must activate it online or in the mobile app first. As soon as you have activated your new card, your old one will no longer work. 

Your old card will also no longer work after the expiry date printed on the card. The date is always the last day of the month stated on the card, just like your debit or credit card!
