What is paid cashback, pending cashback and total cashback?

On the Vault page on the website, you will see a quick summary of your cashback, so you know exactly where you stand including your current cashback totals and your progress towards your goal.

• Paid cashback – this is the total value that you have earned and has been paid into your vault. 
• Pending cashback – this is the total value that you have earned but has not yet been paid into your vault. We like you to be able to see how much you have earned though, so the pending value shows you what’s coming. 30 days after the transaction date, you will see these cashback earnings move to paid and be added to your vault.
• Total cashback – This is the total value you have earned but not yet spent, including both your paid and pending. While you can only withdraw and spend the value that is paid, the total value helps you keep track of what is coming, helping you to plan for when and how you will spend your earnings.
