Can I log in with fingerprint / Face ID?

Yes! This is the great thing about using the mobile app as you can log in with your fingerprint or face, which avoids the need for the SMS one-time passcode. If you find you are being asked to enter the SMS passcode on the app, it may be as you have turned the biometric login off or your phone does not have this capability. 

If your phone does support fingerprint or face ID and it’s not working, you will need to re-enable it.

Log into the app

Select Other from the bottom navigation

Select Security

Toggle the fingerprint or Face ID to on

Please remember, when using the website you cannot use finger print or face ID, this only works for the mobile app.
