How do I know if my cashback has been paid?

Cashback earned on each transaction is paid into your Vault 30 days after the transaction date.

Checking your cashback status

• Go to Summary in your account to view the status of your cashback.
• When you first make a transaction, it will show as Pending until the retailer settles it.
• During this time, the Earned status will display as Calculating.
• Once the 30-day period has passed and the transaction is confirmed, your cashback will be credited to your Vault.

Once your transaction has been settled by the retailer, you’ll see:
• The amount you’ve earned.
• A grey tick next to it, indicating the cashback has not yet been paid.
Expand the transaction to view the expected pay date, which is 30 days after the transaction date.

• After 30 days, the status will change to Paid, and the value will be added to your Vault.
• The tick will change from grey to pink, and in the expanded view, the status will display as Processed.
