How do I know if my cashback has been paid?
The cashback you earn for each transaction is paid into your Vault 30 days after the transaction. If you want to check the status of your cashback, you can view this in the Summary.
- When you first performed a transaction, it will be in a pending status until it has been settled by the retailer. When in this status, you will be able to see the transaction with an Earned status of 'Calculating
- When your transaction has been settled by the retailer, you will see the amount that you have earned, and a grey tick next to it. This indicates that the cashback has not yet been paid. If you expand the transaction, you will be able to see the expected pay date, which is 30 days after the transaction date.
After 30 days, the status of your cashback will move to paid and we will add the value to your Vault. This will be indicated by the tick changing from grey to pink, and the status in the expanded view will displayed as processed.
