Why is there an annual fee?

To receive your bYond card and complete your account setup, you may need to pay an annual membership fee of up to £5. We'll tell you during the registration process if you need to pay this. 

What is the fee for?

bYond offers a great selection of cash back deals on a wide range of everyday spending - helping your money go further.

The annual card fee:

• Gives you access to all the great cash back offers that help our cardholders earn an average of £250+ per year.
• Covers the cost of the card and all associated costs.
• Helps us to provide you with a quality service, and keep your cash back deals relevant and useful.

Is it worth it?

Once you start using the card, you can earn the fee back in the first few transactions. After that, the more you use your bYond card, the more you can earn.

Our cash back offers cover a wide range of everyday spending with some of the UK’s biggest retailers, so it’s a great way to make your money go further.

How do I pay the annual fee?

You'll pay the first fee during registration. After that, we'll deduct it from the balance of your card each year. 

I don’t want to pay the fee

No problem. If you don't want to pay the fee you can contact us to cancel your account. You can come back at any time if you change your mind.
