I Can’t Complete Registration – What Should I Do?

- Account Number & Employee ID
- Make sure you’ve entered these correctly. Pay close attention to 0’s and O’s.
- If you’re unsure of your Employee ID, please speak to your HR team.
- SMS Code Not Received
- Select ‘Back’ and confirm your mobile number is correct.
- You can resend the code.
- If you still don’t receive it, please contact us.
- Username & Password
- Ensure your username is unique.
- Your password must comply with our password policy.
- Terms & Conditions
- Make sure you’ve accepted the Terms and Conditions before proceeding.
