I can't complete registration?

If you have tried to register and are still facing issues, here are a few things to check:

  • Check that you have entered the correct Account Number and Employee ID. Make sure if you have any 0's or O's, that these are entered correctly. If you are unsure of your Employee ID, please speak to your HR team. 
  • If you are not receiving your SMS code, select 'Back' and check the number you have entered. You can also resend the code. If you continue to not receive it please contact us. 
  • Make sure your Username is unique and your password complies with the password policy.
  • Ensure you have accepted the Terms and Conditions
