I Can’t Complete Registration – What Should I Do?

If you’re having trouble registering, here are a few things to check:

  1. Account Number & Employee ID
    • Make sure you’ve entered these correctly. Pay close attention to 0’s and O’s.
    • If you’re unsure of your Employee ID, please speak to your HR team.
  2. SMS Code Not Received
    • Select ‘Back’ and confirm your mobile number is correct.
    • You can resend the code.
    • If you still don’t receive it, please contact us.
  3. Username & Password
    • Ensure your username is unique.
    • Your password must comply with our password policy.
  4. Terms & Conditions
    • Make sure you’ve accepted the Terms and Conditions before proceeding.
