Why do I need to provide my contact details?

When you register, you'll need to provide an email address and a mobile number. 

  • We need your email address so that we can send any important messages about your card. You can also opt in for any other marketing or promotional emails including competitions. 
  • We need a valid mobile number so that we can send you security one-time passcodes enabling you to log in to your account online, or to authorise any online payments if required 

It's important you keep your details up to date at all times. You can do this within the your account either using the website or the mobile app.
