How do I activate my card?

We send our cards out non-activated. This ensures that if they were to get lost in the mail, they wouldn’t be able to fall into any wrong hands. 

To activate your card simply log in to your account and click the ‘Activate’ option next to the card image. You will need your card on you.

Then just enter the 9-digit Card ID found on the bottom left corner of your card and click 'Activate'

Once this is done, the card image will turn pink and you will be able to use start using your card to go shopping.
