How do I activate my card?

For security, all bYond cards are sent non-activated. This means if your card is lost in the mail, it cannot be used by anyone else.

To activate your card:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click the ‘Activate’ option next to your card image
  3. Have your card with you, as you’ll need the 9-digit Card ID to complete activation

Enter the 9-digit Card ID found on the bottom left corner of your card or on the back of your card. Click ‘Activate’

Once this is done, the card image will turn pink, and you can start using your card to shop and earn cashback!*

* Cashback means you get a percentage of the amount you have spent credited to your Vault balance. Cashback will be in a pending status for 30 days, after which it will transition to paid and we will add it to your Vault balance
