How do I activate a replacement card?
If you receive a replacement card, either a reissue when your current card expires, or a lost or stolen replacement card - then you will need to activate it before you can use it. Your new card will have a new pin that will be required on the first transaction you make in-store.
Simply log in to your account and follow the instructions to activate the new card. You will need to have it on you so that you can enter the new Card ID.
