How do I activate a replacement card?
If you receive a replacement card—whether it’s a reissue due to your current card expiring or a replacement for a lost or stolen card—you’ll need to activate it before you can start using it.
Your new card will come with a new PIN, which will be required for your first in-store transaction.
To activate your card, simply log in to your account and follow the on-screen instructions. Make sure you have your new card with you, as you’ll need to enter the Card ID during the activation process.
