Do you charge any fees if I don't use the card?

If you don't use your card to make a purchase or load your card with funds for 6 months or longer, then dormancy fees may apply. We’ll notify you before this happens, so to avoid them you just need to make sure you spend or load on your card at least once every 6 months.
