How do I find out my PIN?

We don't send any paper PINs. Instead, you'll be able to view your PIN online or in the mobile app once you have activated your card.

In the website, go to 'Account' and select the 'My Card' option. Here you will see an option to reveal your PIN. You will need to re-enter your password before we reveal the numbers.

You can also view your PIN in the mobile app, so you can check it whenever you need to.  Select the 'My Card' option, where you will see a 'Reveal PIN option. 
You will need to re-enter your password or re-authenticate yourself using the biometrics in your phone if enabled. You will then see a screen with 4 boxes on. To reveal the PIN, simply hold your finger on the screen and swipe down, and the numbers will display. Make sure you keep your finger connected to the screen. As soon as you lift your finger, your PIN will be hidden again.
