Are there any restrictions on where I can use the card?

Yes, there are a few important restrictions to keep in mind:

  • You can only use your bYond card at retailers participating in the programme. You can view the full list anytime in your account via the website or app.
  • Your card cannot be used for:
    • Cash withdrawals or cashback over the counter
    • Purchasing foreign currency
    • Payments at automated machines (e.g., pay-at-pump, tolls, car parks, train ticket machines)
  • It should not be used for subscriptions, recurring payments, gambling, or for any illegal goods or services.
  • Cards are also not accepted in franchise stores, which are commonly found at airports, train stations, and service stations.
