Are there any restrictions on where I can use the card?

Remember, you can only use your bYond card at the retailers that are participating in the programme. You can view the list at any time within your online account on the website or mobile app. 

In addition, you can't use your card to withdraw cash, obtain cashback over the counter, purchase foreign currency , or to pay at any kind of automated payment machine (such as CAT terminals, pay@pump, tolls, and car park or train ticket machines). 

You should not use your card for subscriptions, automated periodic payments or gambling; or for obtaining illegal goods or services. 

Cards will also not be accepted in any franchise stores, which are normally found at airports, train and service stations.
