How do I withdraw money from my Vault?

You control when to spend the cashback* you’ve earned by withdrawing funds from your Vault and transferring them to your card balance.

Important:

You can only withdraw amounts that have been paid into your Vault. Pending cashback cannot be withdrawn until processed.
Once withdrawn, the funds will appear in your card balance and are ready to spend.

On the website:

1. Click Withdraw on the Homepage under My Vault

2. Enter the value you want to move to your card balance. The maximum you can withdraw is your current Vault balance. When you select Withdraw, we’ll instantly transfer the amount to your card balance, ready for you to spend right away.

On the app:

1. Click on Vault

2. Click on Withdraw from Vault

3. Enter the amount you want to move from your Vault to your Card Balance. Click Continue
4. We’ll instantly transfer the amount to your card balance, ready for you to spend right away. Click Done
