How does cashback get paid to my card?

After you make a purchase, we automatically calculate the cashback you’ve earned. It will first appear as pending for 30 days. Once that period ends, the cashback moves to paid status and is added to your Vault balance.

From there, you’re in control:

• Manual transfer: Move funds from your Vault to your card balance whenever you like.
• Auto-withdraw: If enabled, your cashback will be transferred automatically to your card balance.

You can track the status of each cashback transaction in your Summary view, with detailed information available in the expanded summary.
