What is the Vault?

The vault is a separate pot attached to your account where we will store the money you have earned from using bYond. Your vault balance is the total you have earned and which has been paid to your account. You can withdraw money from your vault at any time and transfer it to your card balance ready to spend. Remember, you can only withdraw the value that is paid. Any value that is still pending will not be able to be withdrawn until it has been paid and added to your Vault.

You can check the balance of your vault at anytime in the website and app.

On the website, your vault balance is displayed in the centre dial, also showing the progress towards your goal. 

When you navigate to a different page, the vault balance will display in the top tool bar alongside your card balance (please note if you are using a device with a smaller screen these may not display).

In the app, the vault balance displays on the home page.
