How do I update my contact details?

You can update your contact details through your online account. Simply navigate to your Profile and update the details required. 

Your profile is found either by viewing Account on the website, where under My Profile you will be able to view and edit your personal details. Or in the mobile app, you can select the user icon in the top left corner of the home page which will open your profile page where you can update your details.

If you are updating your mobile number, you will be asked to re-verify this by entering a one-time passcode that we will send to the new number you have entered.
