How do I update my mobile number
You can update your mobile number quickly through your online account:
On the website:
Go to Account > My Profile
To update your mobile number, click the pencil icon next to your current number.
Enter your new mobile number and click Change Phone Number.
We’ll send a One-Time Password (OTP) to the new mobile number you entered. The email will come from bYond. Enter the 6-digit OTP and click Submit to confirm the change.
Once you’ve entered the OTP, a confirmation message will appear to let you know your number has been successfully updated. Click Close.
In the app:
Click on Profile icon.
Click the pencil icon next to your current number.
Enter your new mobile number and click Save Changes.
