My account is showing a pending transaction, what does this mean?

A transaction can show as pending on your account if it has not yet been processed by the retailer. If a transaction hasn't been successful or the retailer has cancelled it, the relevant funds may remain as pending for up to 15 working days. If you need access to these funds sooner, we can help but will need the receipt from the retailer to show the transaction declined or an email from the retailer that confirms the order was cancelled. Please provide this in your email to us.
