How do I check my balance?
You can check your balance in a number of different ways
On the website
Simply log in to your account where your balance will display on the homepage. When you move to other pages within the website, it will also display in the header of the page so can easily check it at anytime.
In the mobile app
When you log into the mobile app, your balance will be displayed on the home page.
By IVR
You can also call Customer Services where you can find out your balance using our automated phone service. Make sure you have your card to hand as you will need to enter in your card ID.
