How do I report my card as lost or stolen?
If you think you have lost your card or had it stolen, log in to your account on the bYond website and click on the account section. Here you will be able to report your card as lost and stolen and order a replacement card. if you're not sure if you have lost your card, or perhaps have just left it in that coat pocket you have the option to freeze your card on the bYond website too. This will ensure that if someone has your card or finds it, they will not be able to use it to make any purchases. Freezing your card is a temporary block that you can remove if you do find it.
