What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

If you believe your card has been lost or stolen, log in to your account on the bYond website and navigate to the Account section. From there, you can report your card as lost or stolen and order a replacement.

Not sure if your card is truly lost? You can temporarily freeze your card to prevent any unauthorised use. If you find your card later, you can easily unfreeze it. Click Here to view how to freeze your card.
