How do I freeze my card?
You can freeze your card in a couple of easy ways:
On the website
- Select ‘Freeze Card’ beneath the card image.
- When your card is frozen, it will turn blue, and an Unfreeze option will appear next to it.

From your account settings
- Go to Account → My Card.
- Use the toggle to freeze or unfreeze your card.
- The card color will change to indicate its status.
In the mobile app
- Open the menu and select ‘My Card’.
- Tap ‘Freeze My Card’. When enabled, your card will turn blue, and the link will update to ‘Unfreeze My Card’.
- You’ll also see a handy notification on the homepage reminding you that your card is frozen.
