How do I freeze my card?
You can freeze your card in a few different ways.

In the website, select the 'Freeze Card' option beneath the card image. When your card is frozen it will turn a blue colour and an unfreeze option will display next to the card.

You can also freeze the card from your account. Go to 'Account', and select 'My Card'. Here you will see a toggle where you can freeze and unfreeze your card. Again, the colour of the card will change to indicate the status of the card.

In the mobile app, select 'My Card' from the menu where you will see a 'Freeze My Card' option. When enabled, the card will display in a blue colour to indicate it's status like in the website, and the link beneath will update to 'Unfreeze my card'. There is also a handy notification on the home page to remind you that your card is frozen.
