How do I freeze my card?

You can freeze your card in a couple of easy ways:

On the website

  • Select ‘Freeze Card’ beneath the card image.
  • When your card is frozen, it will turn blue, and an Unfreeze option will appear next to it.

 
From your account settings
  • Go to Account → My Card.
  • Use the toggle to freeze or unfreeze your card.
  • The card colour will change to indicate its status.
In the mobile app
  • Open the menu and select ‘My Card’.
  • Tap ‘Freeze My Card’. When enabled, your card will turn blue, and the link will update to ‘Unfreeze My Card’.
  • You’ll also see a handy notification on the homepage reminding you that your card is frozen.

Freezing your card helps keep your account secure, and you can unfreeze it anytime with just a tap or click!
