What is cashback on your card?

Cashback is a great way to earn money back when you spend with your bYond card at one of our partner retailers. Each retailer offers a specific cashback rate—usually a percentage of your purchase amount.

You can view the cashback rates in your online account either on the website or the bYond app under the Retailers section.

Here’s how it works:

1. Use your bYond card at a participating retailer.
2. Once your transaction settles, we’ll show you how much cashback you’ve earned.
3. Your cashback will appear as pending for 30 days, then it will be added to your Vault.
4. From your Vault, you decide when to transfer it to your card balance and use it toward your next purchase!
