How do I delete my app account?

If you no longer wish to use the bYond app and would like your account deleting please log into the app and click on the menu in the top right hand corner. At the bottom of the page you will see the option to 'delete account'. Please note this will not cancel your bYond account or card, it will only delete your access to the bYond app. If you would like to cancel your account and bYond card, please contact customer services.
