How do I delete my app account?

Important:

  • This action will only remove your access to the bYond app.
  • It will not cancel your bYond account or card.

If you would like to cancel your account and card, please Contact Us.

If you no longer wish to use the bYond app and want to delete your account:

  1. Log in to the bYond app.
  2. Tap the menu in the top right-hand corner.

3. Select Delete Account.
