Are there any fees?

You won't be charged for using your card. However, please keep in mind that there are some fees that may apply. Here's a quick overview:

• If you dont spend or have money loaded on your bYond card, there will be a dormancy fee of £2 per month until you spend or your card is loaded again. This will continue until your card balance reaches £0. If the balance of your card is under £2, the value available will be taken as the fee.
• If you ever need to replace your card, there will be a fee of up to £7. You will be advised of the fee when requesting your new card. 
• If you decide to cancel your card, there will be a cancellation fee of £2 (If cancelled later than 14 days after receiving your card).
• Finally, if you want to redeem any available balance on your card, there is a £10 redemption fee.
