Are there any fees?

You won’t be charged for everyday use of your card. However, some fees may apply in certain situations:

• Dormancy Fee: A monthly dormancy fee of £2 may apply if your card hasn’t been loaded with funds or used for any transactions for six (6) consecutive months. This fee will continue until one of the following occurs:
  • You use your card again
  • Your card balance reaches zero (0)
  • Your card expires
    If your balance is under £2, the remaining amount will be taken as the fee. Please review the Terms and Conditions to confirm whether this fee applies to your card.
• Replacement Card: Up to £7 if you need a new card. You’ll be advised of the exact fee when requesting a replacement.
• Cancellation Fee: £2 if you cancel your card more than 14 days after receiving it.
• Balance Redemption: £10 if you choose to redeem any remaining balance on your card.
