Why hasn't my salary load been added to my card?

To load your salary onto your bYond card, we first need to receive the funds from your employer. Occasionally, there may be a delay in receiving these funds, which can postpone the load to your card.

We work closely with employers to minimise delays, but if your card hasn’t been topped up within 5 working days after payday, please contact your HR team to confirm when the payment will be sent.
