Why hasn't my salary load been added to my card?

To add the salary load to your bYond card, we first need to receive the funds from your employer. For a number of reasons, there may be a delay in us receiving the funds which will delay the load to your bYond card. We work closely with your employer to avoid these delays, but if your bYond card hasn't been topped up 5 working days after pay day, please reach out to your HR team to find out when the payment will be sent.
